The Company has established a Integrity Management Group under the Board of Directors to promote corporate governance matters such as the Group’s integrity management, anti-corruption, anti-bribery and compliance with laws and regulations, and reports its implementation to the Board of Directors of the Company annually, most recently to the Board on December 27, 2021. The Company’s Code of Conduct on Corporate Integrity is established by the Finance Division and the establishment, amendment or repeal of this Policy and Code shall be subject to the approval of the Board. The Board of Directors of the Company shall exercise the duty of care of a good manager to supervise the Company against dishonest conduct in order to ensure the implementation of the Integrity Management Policy.
